As you are aware, shipping for Valentine's Day will commence next week. We will start with the hardy items first and move toward the more sensitive items later in the week. Our schedule for delivery is posted on page 1 of the Valentine's Day price sheet. We will do our best to adhere to this schedule, unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
During this time, we have temporarily suspended the Volume Special but are continuing to offer the Monday Special. Hopefully, this action will facilitate your continuing to fill current orders, while waiting for your Valentine's Day flowers to arrive. We are going to take strides to improve our website. We will take soon be adding new inventory items to the site, to allow you to see what different items we have in inventory. Our former business model, bucket trucks, easily facilitated the ability to see all that we had in inventory, but now we do not always let you know what new and different items we might have. It is sometimes difficult to adequate describe inventory items over the telephone. Hopefully, you will find this component of our site to be a useful tool in helping you envision and structure your floral arrangements.
